NRP-Z21将有机会赢的第一。这是第一次使宽带调制信号的动态范围达到了90Db，同时由于噪声和零偏移决定的下限功率测量能保持在-67dBm的很低的水平。这种性能不会改变，甚至在测量单个gsm时隙信号时。对于单个突发脉冲的平均功率的信号-触发测量或功率-时间特性模板的生成，新型传感器还可以提供比所有现用常规设计的探头还有宽的动态范围。
